2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first and second respondent informed before this Court that, as per the order passed by this Court dated 17.04.2023 in W.P.No.22901of 2018, the building portion, encroaching upon the road, put up by the third respondent, namely, Mr.G.Jaishankar, has been removed. In so far as the deviation and unauthorized construction is concerned, notice has been issued to him on 19.05.2023.

3. The above said submission is recorded. No further order is required to be passed in this matter.
