[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents herein for having committed willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 15.10.2020 passed in W.P.No.14940 of 2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court dated 15.10.2020 passed in W.P.No.14940 of 2020, has been complied with and encroachments have been removed.
