ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a while, prays for permission to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with an additional prayer that more time may be given for the appearance of the petitioner for potency test. The learned counsel also submits P.R.SHIVAKUMAR.J

srn that since the petitioner is in a foreign country, he will be in a position to make himself present in the first week of June 2016 and that he would undertake to that effect on his behalf. An endorsement to that effect has also been made.

2. Endorsement is recorded. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, time is granted for the petitioner to present himself for potency test. He shall present himself before the Court below for the said purpose on 6th of June 2016 and he shall be available till the examination by the medical board is over. No costs.
