This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to "Not to Harass" the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit the enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.35 of 2021, based on the complaint given by one Baladeivakumar and the enquiry has been closed on 26.07.2021. He would further submit that the respondent police are not harassing the petitioner.

and the respondents police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass her.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
