vca 13.09.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.2367 of 2024 on the file of Honble Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, that the petitioner is directed to appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Mettur every week Monday at 10:00a.m, (if those day falls on holiday, on the very next day), until further orders. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instruction, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 3.
In view of the above, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, at para (6) of the order dated 13.09.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.2637 of 2024, extracted above, is relaxed. 4.
