..RESPONDENTS Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the respondents especially the 2nd respondent relating to his proceedings made in R.C.A1/2603/2007 dated 27.4.2007 and quash the same as null and void illegal and invalid and consequently directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits apart from regularising the suspension period as duty period for all purposes disbursing the difference in his scale of pay.
