PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioners respectively dated 24.10.2017 on the file of the respondent police.

For Respondent : Mr.C.Iyyapparaj in all O.Ps. Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER The prayer sought for in the present petitions are to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioners respectively dated 24.10.2017 on the file of the respondent police.

2. In an identical complaint, the grievances of the petitioners herein have been investigated and charge sheet has been laid, which has been taken on file as *C.C.No.10 of 2012 on the file of the concerned lower Court. In view of the same, it would not be appropriate to direct the complaint made by the petitioners herein to be registered and enquired, since the victims herein can be shown as the witness in the aforesaid case. In view of the above no other orders and enquiry in the present Criminal Original Petitions are necessary. In the above observation, the Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
