This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.896 of 2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that investigation in Crime No.896 of 2016 has been completed and draft charge sheet is ready.

4.Recording the submission, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.896 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file either a final report or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant.
