This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to quash the orders of the second respondent in Na.Ka. 10138/2015/Nee.Pe/A1 dated 15.04.2015 and direct the 3rd respondent to re-open the proceedings in Suit No.3 of 2006-2007, to consider the entire claim made by the 4th respondent society.

2. Today, when the case was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the filing of this writ petition, orders have been passed by the Principal District Judge, Erode in C.M.A. (CS) No.9/2014 filed against the award passed in Suit No.3/ 20062007.

3. In the light of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer in the writ petition becomes infructuous and hence the same is liable to be dismissed.
