(Crime No.46 of 2019) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition that " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders" as ordered in Crl.OP.No.5389 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020, against Crime No.46/2019 dated 23.09.2019 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kalapet Police Station, Puducherry.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5389 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020 that report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5389 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered. 5.

With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
