This petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai to dispose of the petition filed

in Crl.MP.No.493 of 2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner had filed a petition before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai and the same was taken on file as Crl.MP.No.493 of 2025. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this petition.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai, is directed to dispose of the petition in Crl.MP.No.493 of 2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
