Appln.No.2486 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. A Joint Memo of extension dated 22.02.2024, signed by both counsel has also been filed along with affidavit.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator for a period of 6 months. Thus, the Mandate of the Arbitrator is extended by a further period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, by the learned Arbitrator.

4. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
