ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest in CS CID Crime No.60 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, is before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent states that huge quantity of essential commodities like rice, dal and grocery were recovered from the residence of the petitioner herein and the same has been sent for analysis and the report is awaited. The custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required.

3. Considering the fact that the essential commodities meant for public distribution through PDS alleged to have been found in the premises of the petitioner herein, this Court earlier dismissed the anticipatory bail petition. Now there is no change of circumstances. However, the petitioner is at liberty to move again if there is any change of circumstances.

4. In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
