O R D E R
Seeking appointment order to the post of Assistant Medical Officer (Unani) in the five vacancies reserved for Backward Class in pursuant to the notification No.48/2012, dated 16.11.2012, the petitioner made representations dated 02.09.2014, 05.09.2014 and 05.08.2015 respectively. In the said representations, the petitioner has made a reliance upon the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.70, Health https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
and Family Welfare Department, dated 10.03.2015. As the same has not been disposed of, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the pending representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondents.
3. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the respondents to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
