Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 3rd respondents herein to implement the order of the 2nd respondent-State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Madras made in Appeal Nos.105, 106, 107 and 108 of 2014 respectively, dated 21.01.2015 by issuing the contract carriage Omni bus permit in respect of vehicle Nos.KA-53/6887, KA53/6885, AP-02/U-7722 and KA-53-6842 respectively, forthwith. 2.The only prayer made by the petitioners is to direct the first respondent to implement the orders of the second respondent made in M.V.Appeal Nos.105, 106, 107 and 108 of 2014 respectively, dated 21.01.2015.

3.On 26.08.2015, when these writ petitions came up for admission, this Court directed the learned Additional Government Pleader to take notice and get instructions as to whether the orders passed by the second respondent have been challenged. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that no appeal has been filed as against the order of the second respondent. Hence, there cannot be any impediment for the first respondent to implement the order of the second respondent. 4.Hence, these writ petitions are disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners in the light of the order passed in M.V.Appeal Nos.105, 106, 107 and 108 of 2014 respectively, dated 21.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
