This revision challenges the order of learned I Additional District Munsif, Bhavani, Erode District, passed in I.A. No.431 of 2015 in O.S. No.243 of 2011 on 18.12.2015.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for respondent.

3.Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the Court below, at the stage of Trial, erroneously allowed I.A. No.431 of 2015 in O.S. No.243 of 2011 and thereby permitted the respondent/plaintiff to add fresh schedule of properties.

4.On a perusal of the order under challenge, this Court finds that the plaintiff having given a co-joint description of property in a particular Survey Number has by way of amendment sought to inform the specific boundaries of three distinct portions. Such an application stands allowed. In such circumstances, the Court below rightly has allowed the application. This Court finds no reason to interfere with the order under challenge. 5.The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
