This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records pertaining to the memo issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.12/V/2019 dated 14.06.2021 and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
