The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for to issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate Writ or Order of direction in the nature of a Writ calling for records relating to the 2nd respondent's proceedings made in RC. No.3407/2004/A1, dated 08.10.2004, in so far as the petitioner is concerned and quash the same.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner had worked and retired, there is nothing survive in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as having become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
