Application No.2985 of 2021 is filed seeking direction to the Registrar General for payment out of Rs.2 crores (Rupees Two Crores only) standing in the credit of C.S.No.393 of 2017.

2.This application is filed pursuant to the compromise entered between the parties followed by the order of this Court dated 04.07.2021.

This application is allowed. The Registrar General shall make payment to the applicant herein after verifying the identity.

3. Since the suit has been settled out of court before going for trial, the plaintiff is entitled for refund of court fee as per law.
