The defendant in O.S.No.94 of 2011 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Ponneri has come up with this civil revision petition to fix an outer time limit for disposal of the civil suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears on behalf of the respondent in spite of printing the name in the cause list after service.

3. The petitioner is the defendant in O.S.No.94 of 2011. The suit was filed for injunction. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the suit is still pending before the Trial Court without any progress.

4. The learned District Munsif, Ponneri is directed to dispose of O.S.No.94 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31 March 2017.

5. The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
