Today, this matter has been listed under the caption "For extention of time" along with the report sent by the learned Principal District Judge (FAC), Namakkal, Namakkal District.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the appeal suit in A.S.No.962 of 2012, this Court, by an order dated 07.04.2017, remitted back the O.S.No.4 of 2011 to the Trial Court for fresh consideration and directed to dispose of the suit, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the Judgment. However, the learned Principal District Judge (FAC), Namakkal, Namakkal District has sent a communication dated 16.11.2023 in D.No.8985/O.S/2023, narrating the sequence of proceedings in O.S.No.4 of 2011 and sought for further period to dispose of the said suit. 3.
