ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to provide suitable police protection to the petitioner Petrol Bunk premises "SREE GUPERLAKSHMI AGENCIES at No.124, Palani Road Udumalaipet, Tiruppur District based on the complaint dated 20.04.2022.

2.On a perusal of the petition, it indicates that the petitioner has already filed a suit in O.S.No.245 of 2021 before the District Munsif, Udumalpet for an injunction not to disturb the premises without due process of law and the same is pending. 3.In such view of the matter, when the Civil Court has already seized the matter, it is only for the Civil Court to decide the matter and this Court without any decree or order cannot pass a blanket order.
