O R D E R

The present civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 12.03.2021 passed in I.A.No.202 of 2019

in O.S.No.151 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gudiyattam, Vellore District, whereby the interlocutory application filed by the petitioners to reject the additional written statement filed by the respondent was dismissed.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the suit in O.S.No.151 of 2016 is now at the stage of trial. Since the suit is of the year 2016, learned counsel on either side prayed this Court to direct the trial Court to dispose of the same as early as possible.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side that the suit is pending from the year 2016 and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned District Munsif, Gudiyattam, Vellore District to dispose of O.S.No.151 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
