This petition has been filed to relax the condition that 'the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders' imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27428 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.27428 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 29-04-2025 dpa To The Inspector of Police, Kandili Police Station, Tirupattur District.
