Seeking issuance of patta pursuant to the Sale Deed executed in her favour on 03.08.2000, the petitioner made a representation on 10.04.2015. On its non-consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
