Comp.A.No.256 of 2019 C.P.No.414 of 2014 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J I heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. 2.The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Application was filed to direct the first Respondent/Secure Creditor to file an affidavit with regard to the steps taken till date for sale of the property described in Schedule-A.

3.Pursuant to the filing of the application, the learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the first Respondent Bank filed an affidavit dated 17.08.2019 setting out the status as prayed for in the Application. In light of the said submission and upon perusal of the counter affidavit of the first Respondent dated 17.08.2019, it is clear that nothing survives for further adjudication in this application.

4.Accordingly, this Application is closed.
