ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to provide adequate police protection to the life of the petitioner and his family members pursuant to the complaint dated 23.03.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first and second respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petitioner was issued with CSR and the enquiry is pending.
4. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 7 herein and dispose of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
