.. Respondents Prayer: Contempt petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents for deliberate disobedience and violation of the order passed in W.A.No.1523 of 2019 dated 26.06.2019.

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents/contemnors submitted that in view of the proceedings in No.A3/21786/2017 dated 17.11.2020 the order passed by this Court has been complied with. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though such an order is passed by the third respondent, consequential offering has not been given in tune with the order passed by the Division Bench in W.A.No.1523 of 2019 dated 26.06.2019.
3.As we do not find any willfull disobedience in the order, particularly, in the light of the aforesaid proceedings as submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader, the contempt petition stands closed. However, in the event of benefits being conferred consequent to the order passed in compliance of the order passed by the Division Bench, the same
will have to be computed and paid to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
