Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted by an order dated 19.05.2022 passed in Crl.OP.10576/2022 for execution of sureties and pass such further or other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.BHARATH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 19.05.2022 in Crl.OP.No.10576 of 2022 to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.10576 of 2022 dated 19.05.2022 is extended till 24.06.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
