This Criminal Original petition has been filed praying to quash all further proceedings as against the petitioners in CC.No.4952 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for
Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases (Relating to Cheating cases in Chennai) and CBCID Metro Cases at Egmore, Chennai.

It is seen that when the discharge petition is pending before the trial court, the petitioners cannot maintain this criminal original petition simultaneously. However, when this Court is about to dismiss this petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
