O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the First Information Report pursuant to the written complaint dated 17.07.2015 preferred by the petitioner on the file of the respondent, D1 police Station, Tiruvallikeni Police Station.

2. The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint against one Reheem and Abdul Malik for the alleged offence under sections 120-A, 147, 192, 339, 378, 383, 403 IPC. But till date, the same was not registered so far. Hence, this petition.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration learned Additional public Prosecutor submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint was not available with the respondent police and if the petitioner gives a fresh copy of the complaint, necessary action will be taken by the respondent police.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh copy of the complaint dated 17.07.2015 along with the copy of this order within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the such complaint, the respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry and upon conducting an enquiry, if the materials gathered indicates commission of any cognizable offence, the respondent police is directed to investigate the matter and proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.

5. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
