Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order made in I.D.No.374 of 2010 dated 17.03.2016 on the file of 1st Additional Labour Court, Chennai and quash the same as illegal, consequently direct the second respondent Management to reinstate the petitioner in his service with continuity of service, back wages and all other attendant benefits with effect from the date of his illegal dismissal on 19.06.2008 till the date on which he attained his age of
