This petition has been filed seeking modification of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in para No.4 of the order dated 15.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24730 of 2023.

2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent that judgment had been passed by the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai in Spl.S.C.No.118 of 2023, convicting the petitioner under Section 6 of POCSO Act and sentencing him to undergo 20 years Rigorous imprisonment with a fine amount of Rs.5,000/- in default to undergo simple imprisonment of one month.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
