The present Application has been filed to extension the time to the petitioners for execution of security bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) in the name of the Assistant Registrar (Original Side) of this Hon'ble Court as per order dated 17.10.2024 in O.P.No.231 of 2024 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

2. Considering the fact that the Letters of Administration has been granted in respect of the properties belonging to the deceased in favour of the petitioners and since the petitioners are the sons of the deceased, the first petitioner shall execute the said bond also on behalf of the other petitioners on or before 29.04.2025.

3. Accordingly, the application in A.No.1942 of 2025 in O.P.No.231 of 2024 is ordered.
