ORDER
This court, by order dated 16.03.2021, disposed of the writ petition viz., WP.No.3268 of 2021 as follows:
"8. In such view of the matter, this Court is inclined to set aside the impugned order. Accordingly, the order is passed by the second respondent dated 11.12.2019 is set aside and the matter is remanded back to the respondent authorities for fresh consideration. It is stated that the petitionners already filed review petition dated 19.11.2019 to the first respondent. Hence,the respondent authorities shall pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after granting sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." Since the said direction was not complied with within the time frame stipulated by this court, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. 2.When the Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioners may be directed to submit a proper representation for consideration of the first respondent.
3.The said submission made on the side of the respondents has been agreed upon by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
4. In view of the above, the contempt petition stands closed, directing the petitioners to submit appropriate representation before the first respondent, who 2/3
shall consider the same and pass orders, in the light of the order of this Court dated 16.03.2021 in W.P.No.3268 of 2021, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
