Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to measure the property in S.No.8/12A, Patta 343, Chikkamarandahalli village, Dharmapuri District and fix the boundaries, pursuant to the representation dated 02.08.2017.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said request has not been considered so far even though he has paid necessary fees for the said purpose. Therefore, without expressing any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

view on the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
