Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for surrender in Crl.O.P.No.11719 of 2022 order dated 18.05.2022 in Crime No.67 of 2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.Y.DAVID GIRUBAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners on 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11719 of 2022 to comply with the conditions.
