The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 17.05.2019 given by the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 17.05.2019 from the petitioner, the respondent police registered the case in CSR No.515 of 2019 and conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 17.05.2019 itself. Therefore, as of now, no complaint is pending on the file of the respondent police. Hence the petition is devoid of merits.
