This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.134 of 2014 dated 28.07.2014 on the file of Lawspet Police Station, Pondicherry and quash the same.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered against the petitioners for the alleged offences under Sections 420 r/w 34 IPC in Crime No.134 of 2014 and it is under investigation.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, I am of the opinion that the present petition is premature in nature. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition after filing final report.
