The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 364 days in filing the Criminal appeal against the judgment in C.C.No.107 of 2012 dated 26.10.2012 on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate, Mayiladuthurai.

2. Mr.B.Jawahar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
