This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.15 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tirupur District.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered against the petitioners for the alleged offence under Sections 120(B), 417, 467, 468, 471, 420, 423 IPC r/w 82 of Registration Act, 1908, in Crime No.15 of 2014 and it is under investigation.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, I am of the opinion that the present petition is premature in nature. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition after filing final report. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
