PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the first respondent vide Circular No.02/2018, Roc.No.Ser.3[1]/3577/2018 dated 14.10.2018 and also the proceedings of the third respondent vide Na.Ka.No.14/2020/A3 dated 17.08.2020 and to quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to depute the petitioner for Revenue Inspector Training.
