The relief sought in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to execute the order of District Registrar, Tindivanam dated 19.12.2022 in Na.Ka.No.2476 / A1 / A3 / 2022 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2023 and 07.04.2023. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that the Deputy Inspector General of Registration in an appeal passed the order in respect of the issues raised between the parties. 3.In view of the order passed by the Appellate Authority, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance and consequently, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
