This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Elagiri Police station, Vellore District in Cr.No.127/2011 and quash the criminal proceeding.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.127 of 2011 has been completed and closed as "Further action dropped" in RCS No.63 of 2014 and the same has been accepted by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruppattur on 12.04.2014.
