2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

The respondentCorporation has been served. None has entered appearance.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. It is made clear that the claimant will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 1811 days.
