The petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2025 seeking police protection.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the third respondent is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation made by the petitioner dated 04.04.2025, in light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.20797 of 2022 dated 13.06.2024, which has been confirmed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.2777 of 2024 dated 02.04.2025, after issuance of notice to the

petitioner and counter parties and dispose of the representation on merits in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
