This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 1581 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, M-4 Redhills Police Station, Thiruvallur District .

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered against the petitioners for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC, in Crime https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.1581 of 2015 and it is under investigation.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, I am of the opinion that the present petition is premature in nature. Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition after filing final report.
