As per the docket sheet, on 24.04.2025, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to verity whether any cause survives in this Writ Petition. Subsequently, when the matter came up for hearing on 25.09.2025, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was adjourned to 31.10.2025. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
