When the matter came up for hearing on 12.11.2025, this Court passed the following order:
"Ms.Shalini, representing Mr.A.Sivaji, learned Counsel on record for the Revision Petitioners submitted that the Counsel on record has reported 'No instructions' from the Petitioners. To that effect, the learned Counsel has filed a Memo dated 10.11.2025. The Memo is recorded.
2.In view of the Memo dated 10.11.2025, the Registry is directed to print the name of the Revision Petitioners in the cause list and post the matter on 28.11.2025."
2. Today, 28.11.2025, when the matters were taken up for hearing, there is no representation on either side. Despite the names being printed in the cause list, neither the Revision Petitioners nor their representatives appeared before this Court.

3. Hence, the above Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for default. Consequently, the connected Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
