Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on this petitioner that he should report before the investigating officer every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.4140 of 2022 dated 30.03.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.ABDUL BASITH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4140 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.164 of 2022 on 30.03.2022 to report before the Investigating Officer every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
